Not sure what happened this day but I literally sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone said anything and then another 10 before I decided to just leave. I hope this isn’t a regular thing.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. Took her another 10 minutes to get it made. Cause, she was too busy talking. The worst customer service, ever. She clearly didn't want to be there. And, me being there just ruined her whole day.

I come here more than I should haha. I’ve never had a bad experience besides the one time i took a while to bring food to my car but that was definitely a one off situation. Great staff and my food is always good.

I am outside right now and the hours on the door say they're open. People are currently pulling through the drive through and getting food. However, both doors to the exterior are locked. And no one will answer the phone.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an online order through KFC’s website just to arrive at the store to be told that they couldn’t make my order because my name wasn’t on my receipt, even though I had an order number and showed them the confirmation email. The manager, Larry, was very rude and was no help at all. They still refused to make my order. Ended up having to call customer service to get my money back. Oh, and Larry locked the doors to the store at approximately 7:19 pm as if I was rude or ugly towards him. The store doesn’t close until 10.

Everytime I go the service is great. The food is great and even if there is a little timeon your food. The staff is so friendly and courteous. The wait doesn't seem that long all. The staff is quick to take your order and and happy to help and suggest food items when you are undecisive. The staff is very professional and helpful at all times to me. I enjoy coming and spending my money at this KFC.

The lady at the windows was nice but I had to pull to the side and waited 10 mins before I went in and waited another 10 mins for a small order.

I've been to the drive thru at lunch several times in the last 2 weeks and everytime I order chicken pot pies, I'm told they are out, or I have to wait 25 min for them to cook. The last thing I want to after I get off work, is wait 25 min for dinner at a drive thru, so I just go somewhere else. I only try to use this KFC because the people waiting on me are always so nice and polite.

Apparently the people that work at this CHICKEN establishment don’t know the difference between white and dark meat which is crazy to me. They don’t answer the phone when I call. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN. The chicken was cold. The fries AND THE GRAVY?? were chewy. Biscuits hard as a rock. Fire the management.

Stay AWAY FOOD SAFETY IS NOT NUMBER PRIORITY. I have waited forty minutes Who only have to ask for a refund after witnessing a society, drop a utility. Then go back and pick it up to prepare. My food definitely needs to be shut down and rehire. Fresh crew they look overwater and unpleasing. Literally not one employee spoke when going through the drive. Through then having to answer the building no one was pleasant.
