There is a manager who works there who speaks Spanish and provides very poor customer service. She is very rude. She sees people standing in line to place their order right in front of her and ignores them. Is that really what a manager is supposed to be like? Drive thru was very quick and the employees were super friendly. Food was good and hot as well!
Outstanding fast food as always. Drive through is fast and my orders are always correct. My only issue is the woman on drive thru duty speaks too quickly and can be difficult to understand. She mumbled if we used “mobapp” and we were like, what? Apparently they’re instructed to ask if customers use the mobile app to order to expedite orders. We never do this so we were a little confused. If she could slow down and speak clearly, and maybe have a little smile in her voice, this location would be perfect!
