Sitting in a drive thru for an hour??!! Where do they allow that? Where is the owner to understand that is unacceptable?! If you are that understaffed, close your doors. It does not take that long to cook chicken. This is an embarrassment for the city of Pelham.

Me and my husband stops at this Popeyes in Pelham Alabama around lunch time thinking we are surely to get some hot chicken. Boy was we wrong the chicken was cold and the biscuits was hard. I asked the young lady that served us do you have any hot chicken because ours was cold. She did everything but take her time to get my order. The three guys in the back was on their phones as if Popeyes was paying them for leisure time. I snuck a picture of one of them in back. I was so applaud of the nonchalant attitude that the crew had that I won't ever patronize at this location again.

I know that I haven't eaten popeye's for a while.... And after eating their chicken I have missed the thing... It was so greasy. I can't believe that the chicken actually stayed in the chicken coating without floating out of it. The beans and rice tasted like something that came out of a chemical warfare.

Somehow this Popeyes always manages to disappoint. Lobby hours go until 9:30, they have the lobby closed at 7. Drive thru is constantly backed up making ordering ahead completely worthless. Waiting in the drive thru just to tell them we're picking up a mobile order for half an hour ain't great.Staff are rude, orders are almost always wrong in some way. Just avoid this place for your own sake, there's a kfc down the interstate and a wing place close by. This is not some solitary instance of bad experience, look at the number of 1 star reviews folks.Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else for chicken around here. Champys is great, there's a wing place nearby, heck I'd even say just go get yourself McDonald's over this place. You'll be in and out in a fraction of the time you would here.Maybe this is a staffing problem, maybe corporate is making this store suffer. Maybe these problems are just a small part of something bigger.If you come here be prepared to suffer. Check your food too lest you have to wait another half hour in drive thru to get it fixed.Oh and cursing at customers when they tell you that their order was partially wrong is just delightful.

I went into this restaurant to get lunch and 3 women came to the register neither of them greeted me or said may I help you? Then one of the women went over to the window to help a customer at the window. Never got food, I just left.

I st people were mad about service, we still waited ! We got our order , my wife ordered,shrimp and chicken strips , when she was called was told 30 minutes on shrimp , could not wait ! Gave her two legs was not given any other choice but she wasn’t offered a refund !

Worst fast food dining room I've ever been in, I'm 52!!!! Please don't go here, absolutely disgusting. The dining room and kitchen area appeared to have not been cleaned in about 6 months. Unfortunately I was craving my Popeyes fix. It looked like my dogs had licked every window. The floors, tables, trash cans were all super nasty. The return vents haven't been looked at nor touched in what appeared to be years. So I ordered a three piece dinner, all wings and two sides. I got one wing, breast and thigh. I was terrified to ask for the correct order. I did however ask for hot sauce and honey and the manager dug thru a box and gave me ketchup instead. Again, I was terrified to ask for the correct items. I should have brought a shammy for my chicken. I could have done an oil change on my truck with all the extra oil. Sides were good and that's where the compliments end. What a disappointment. This location should be closed for a deep cleaning and definitely some attitude adjustments. A young girl came out spraying cleaner on some tables which shocked me and then she half cleaned them at best. She was slinging chairs around like a WWE match. I will not visit this location again for some time until I'm notified by the owners that this has been addressed. The grounds are disgusting as well and have been for years. Three to four years ago this place was amazing. Not sure what happened but the owner should be ashamed.
