Well it was definitely a show. The guy that took our order was cussing while taking our order and cussing out the staff. We had a small simple order that took about 30 min. A man came inside and asked for mild sauce that they forgot in the drive through.. The man at the counter argued that ranch is mild sauce. I felt like we were watching a skit. Very amusing.
I patiently waited to irder in the drive thru for over 25 minutes. I finally order 2 pc 2 sides and waited in line another 20 minutes. I get to the window the young lady gives me the chicken and told to pull up to wait on a strawberry biscuit. I pull up and wait another 12 minutes, so I finally get out the car go inside ask for a refund and was told no by Diamond. The worst one of them all .
It’s a shame how long we waited tonight for our food only to get home and have chicken strips substituted when they were short on drumsticks .
The wait jist to order was ridiculous and it took even longer to get the food . Yes I should have drove off but pelham is slim pickings in anything decent to eat so there’s that.
