Sitting in a drive thru for an hour??!! Where do they allow that? Where is the owner to understand that is unacceptable?! If you are that understaffed, close your doors. It does not take that long to cook chicken. This is an embarrassment for the city of Pelham.

Me and my husband stops at this Popeyes in Pelham Alabama around lunch time thinking we are surely to get some hot chicken. Boy was we wrong the chicken was cold and the biscuits was hard. I asked the young lady that served us do you have any hot chicken because ours was cold. She did everything but take her time to get my order.
