I honestly expect nothing less from a Taco Bell but Jackson and Mason to be talked to they were disrespectful and joking as I was ordering and kept cutting me off over the drive thru. They made the line even longer when they refused to confront me about it at the window finally the shift lead came to the window and apologized. I feel bad for the shift lead he should have to deal with the crap Jackson and Mason make up.

It would’ve been nice to have some Taco Bell if their app wasn’t so terrible. Unable to complete the order on the app. This is not the first time that this has happened at Taco Bell. They need their IT people to step up.

I ordered on the app, drove 15 mins, waited 25 min for my food. Listening to the worker curse and say they don't give a crap about these customers. Birmingham and the surrounding areas have the worst customer service in taco bell

Went to try the new Chicken Nuggets. Was very excited, but then very disappointed when I got home and realized all the chicken was of terrible quality. The chicken must've sat in the warmer for 4 hours and 4 days as the chicken had turned black instead of being white. All of the chicken was hard as a rock and not even edible. Another reason for me to stop going to Taco Bell, wasting my time and money.

Just ordered, was only person in line. Kid taking order read my order back to me properly. Somewhere berween him and the cook, the 1 taco I had on my order was done completely wrong. My fault for not opening and looking and just expecting 3 items to be done correctly.
Annoying when get home with someone else's food not made right.

Ordered a nacho fry & wrap. Received the fries and let them know they were cold and was asked to pull into parking lot. Manager brought more cold fries out, looks like they had been eaten out of and asked for the old fries back.

just left. worst taco bell i’ve ever been too. piss poor customer service, lady and boy working there had the worst attitudes. go to a different taco bell. if i could give it no stars i would.

Doors for dine in locked at 10:41 A.M. Sunday morning. I'm not one to eat tacos in my vehicle or have them cold and soggy when I arrive home with them. Dine in would have been the only way to receive my business. Seems they are doing well enough to not open up for dine in customers.
