I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY RESTAURANTS I HAVE BEEN TO IN YEARS! THEY WERE SUPER BUSY BUT WE WERE SEATED WITHIN 10 MINUTES. MATTHEW WAS OUR SERVER AND HE WAS OUTSTANDING! A VERY POLITE YOUNG MAN, COURTEOUS AND ON THE BALL. ALL THE STAFF SEEMED TO BE WIDE OPEN TODAY. THE SIRLOINS WERE GOOD, TATERS WERE AWESOME, FRIED ONION CACTUS WAS GREAT. AGAIN, ALL THE SERVERS WERE POLITE AND THANKED US FOR VISITING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEXAS ROADHOUSE! THANK YOU MATTHEW!

1. We waited for over an hour for a table for 10... 2. We were finally seated at the side wall where the construction was going on. I had an allergic reaction to the lumber and had to leave for most of the evening. 3. We were seated at 2 separate tables after we waited over an hour for 1 TABLE FOR TEN! 4. Steak was good, but I really didn't have an appetite since I was nauseated from the smell of plywood and I rarely eat at 10pm. Was an added touch when they started sweeping and closing down while we were still eating. 5. The layout of that restaurant is a CF. Any where you went there was a near collision with either a customer or staff.
To summarize...that was the single most worst dining experience I have ever had. WELL DONE PELHAM TEXAS RH! You won''t have to worry about another bad review from me because I won''t be back. By the way...that 500 sq. ft. addition isn't going to help your problem!

Always enjoy a trip to Texas Roadhouse. We got our appetizer fairly quickly, and the waiter was very attentive to our needs. It was taking awhile to get our main courses, and the waiter kept apologizing. The manager came to check on us, and the next time the manager came he said they somehow lost our order in the kitchen but it was being made and would be out shortly. Our food came out and the manager said he would reduce our bill. Also they brought out the wrong size steak for me, so he said they'd bring another steak out. They ended up bringing me any entire meal, steak and 2 sides, and we only paid for half of the meal. They took great care of us considering the long wait we had. Will definitely go back again.
Made me sit and wait. Had reservations at 6:00. Party of 11 was all here at 5:46. Was told it would be 30 mins and here we sit waiting for my table. Somehow they can sit parties of 6 and 4, over and over again. But not my party of 11.
