Receptionist are rude and their policies don’t allow you to be seated while you wait on one person. Left and went to Cracker Barrel.

We have always loved Texas Roadhouse and have eaten at this location many times. We dined tonight and our waitress added over $20 of “smothered” and other added food that was not ordered to our bill. I ordered the mushroom chicken and was asked “if the onions were okay on it” implying it came with onions instead of asking if I wanted onions added. I was also asked if “bacon was okay on my salad” (which was another add on). Anything that could have been “smothered” or added was, which was not ordered. My margarita came with the added shot which wasn’t even discussed or wanted and my husband got the larger beer when the smaller was ordered.
We called the manager when we got home after really looking at the bill and barely got an apology and was told “well we train the waitresses to upsell”. No offer to remove the add ons from our bill or even attempt to make it right. Needless to say we will not be dining there again.

We visited Texas Road House during a trip to Alabama to visit my Dad, we take him there every year or so for dinner around 6pm. The food was very good, portions were enough to bring home a box for later. The atmosphere was crowded and festive, a little loud. The service was excellent! I have never had a bad experience T Texas Road House.

The wait time for inside dining was long so we ended up ordering online. The food was hot and delicious. It stayed hot all the way home. We will definitely be back.

It was packed on Monday, but only waited 15 minutes to sit down. We had the absolute best service all around. The hostess was super friendly and the waitress(Kayla) was on top of everything. The best experience we have had in a very long time. We will be regulars, now.
