They could really improve on their customer service, customer satisfaction and, understanding of app orders. Spoken to staff there on multiple occasions and each time they have been rude. If you explain the order is wrong they shrug, tell you oh well and expect you to be okay with it. I won't be going back. Too many bad experiences. Save yourself the time and the money
We ordered & paid for 2 large cups of chili, and we received both cups about half full. I guess we should’ve ordered smalls.
Horrendous experience!! This is a franchise but just like any other franchise , I'm sure they are held to the corporate standard. I see the reviews and to be honest this fast food business needs to be closed down.
