Hadn't had Wendys in 3 years since moving to AL. Ordered a Baconator and a Spicy Chicken sandwich at drive thru. Baconator was absolutely tasteless. I have no explanation for this. The Baconator is my absolute favorite sandwich that I got in North Carolina. But for the sandwich to have beef and cheese and bacon, and yet be absolutely without any flavor at all, just blew me away. I could not finish the sandwich. I'm glad I ordered the spicy chicken so I had something else to eat. But even that was a little disappointing. Almost all of the spice (pepper) three particular bites of the sandwich. It's like the seasoning is only put on one part of the sandwich. Just wanted to give my feedback. I will give this location one more try because I do not feel that one bad experience should eliminate a place to eat. The service was good, and the person at the window was outstanding.

I went by this morning and came in to Order the hospitality from the two young lady’s was outstanding they greeted me when I walked in and I had a very pleasant experience!! My receipt says one of the name is Yolanda if so they both were awesome !

This morning the 3 sausage egg and cheese biscuits i just picked up at the drive up were absolutely NOT EDIBLE!. They were as hard as a rock and cold as if they had been sitting outside for hours. The gravy order had the look and consistency of dried mud. The lemonade tasted like plain water. What a disaster!

Over the last few months this location has struggled to be dependable. Yet another incorrect order today. Fries didn’t seem to have any seasoning. Chicken sandwich (not what I ordered) was cold and soggy. This location was once really solid but has definitely gone downhill recently.

The burger was hot and fresh. I didn't order fries or any sides. I ordered the Wendy's single. Delicious! Service was nice enough, I usually get the finger to hold on a sec. If I have a question or even look like I'm going to speak. I've learned to just hoe my row and be about my business.
