Quick and easy
Great food and great service! How is this location in Pelham so much better than the one in Hoover? Us oh, guess it's those gosh darn demographics once again!

Customer service was garbage. My fries were cold and soggy, and I was missing some food and had to go back to get it.

Employee was rude, as soon as we got to the window she told us to pull up, and then took 20 minutes to make 1 meal and a frosty. She forgot the frosty, and got an attitude when I asked for it. Food was cold and tasted old. Waste of money and time.

We gave Wendy’s another opportunity to delight our kids, and the food was to their liking—fresh and crispy. Thanks for the great drive-thru service, which was served with a pleasant greeting and a smile.

For the fourth time I have ordered and received the wrong food at this store. While the food is okay it is NOT what I ordered. I order no cheese and it comes with cheese. Me being lactose intolerant that means when I get home I can not eat my food. Also the servers are very short with people and not courteous at all. I would maybe understand if this was at lunch time but 1:30 on a Weds afternoon? That is just plain rude. As I said this is not the first time.

I did a mobile order for a bacon Nader sandwich this morning with no sausage and no cheese sauce. I got to work and it is no bacon and full of cheese sauce. I tried to call and could not get an answer. I left a voicemail.

Cashier was very pleasant but the manager is rude as can be. I was asking what kind of frosty swirls they had, which is the only reason I stopped by, and the manager rudely yelled “the frosty machines are closed for the night” they had a whole hour before closing, none of the equipment should be dismantled yet. Then she pulled me forward without giving me a receipt or even straws for my drinks. Wish the cashier would have been able to help me more instead of the manager doing it.

The servers were friendly, but the service was very slow - definitely a backlog of orders, it took way longer than expected to get our food. The restaurant itself was clean, as were the bathrooms.

Hadn't had Wendys in 3 years since moving to AL. Ordered a Baconator and a Spicy Chicken sandwich at drive thru. Baconator was absolutely tasteless. I have no explanation for this. The Baconator is my absolute favorite sandwich that I got in North Carolina. But for the sandwich to have beef and cheese and bacon, and yet be absolutely without any flavor at all, just blew me away. I could not finish the sandwich. I'm glad I ordered the spicy chicken so I had something else to eat. But even that was a little disappointing. Almost all of the spice (pepper) three particular bites of the sandwich. It's like the seasoning is only put on one part of the sandwich. Just wanted to give my feedback. I will give this location one more try because I do not feel that one bad experience should eliminate a place to eat. The service was good, and the person at the window was outstanding.

Order the hospitality from the two young lady’s was outstanding they greeted me when I walked in and I had a very pleasant experience!! My receipt says one of the name is Yolanda if so they both were awesome !
