No complaints here. Cashier was very friendly and repeatedly said, thank you and you are welcome. Truly makes a difference and appreciated. I had the Maple Bacon Croissant and it was fresh although it’s a bit smaller than on their menu board.

just ordered doordash from this location and let me tell you just RUDE, so i order a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger biggie bag! i received my order and got everything out and looked at my burger and it’s just a plan burger but i ordered everything on it?? so since i did pay for i had my boyfriend call the store to see if we could come pick up the right thing and the lady said “it’s not in our system” my boyfriend tried to explain that we just ordered it and received it and she repeated the same thing, after the 3rd time of my bf trying to tell her what we wanted she straight up hung up in his face! i do not care if it’s late or not! just be nice and try to help us!

Sat at the drive thru speaker behind a car for five minutes. He eventually drove around. When it was my turn I also did not receive assistance so after two minutes I pulled up to the window. After a few minutes a guy came to the window. He was SO UNFRIENDLY that I smiled and asked him how he was doing today. He never smiled or asked me how I was. He acted like I was bothering him. I told him I would like a number 9. He told me to pull back around to the speaker to order. I told him I had already waited there. When I said that a woman who was sitting at the window told me they no longer had the number 9, ghost pepper sandwich.These people are driving this business into the ground. Will never stop there again!

Absolutely horrible experience went in to order a biggie bag and asked to upgrade my fries to large well the cashier didnt charge me at the register for them and then i was told it would be a 2 dollar upcharge? I always upgrade my fries to large and never get charged that much on top of that the so called manager was extremely rude saying i was trying to argue with her. Then she tries to give me a medium fry stating that thats the large fry for the biggie bag. I will never come back to this establishment

I'm surprised by the bad reviews. I live nearby and go here a couple times a week. And the drive through is always fast and the food is always good. I mean , yeah , maybe I got not the best fries a few times but it's almost always good. Never try it for breakfast, so can't comment on that.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and did not wait even a min for my order. It was like ready to go instantly. I parked to eat my food.I finished eating my fries first.Which took about 5 mins and then started eating my sandwich. I mention that here because the sandwich had some time to rest before I took a bite in it. It was raw in the middle. I drove to the drive through window and showed them the sandwich. I kept telling the lady that I only ate about 3 corner bites and the rest felt raw on bite. They argued and then told me to park in the front. I left. I was not there to get an extra sandwich. I wanted them to stop serving raw food.Advice to the management: please do not play with peoples health. Cook the food before you serve it. This is no joke.

Order taker was very unfriendly. Actually kind of rude with an unkept appearance and smelled strong of smoke. When we walked in there was water from the drink machine running almost to the door. Food was decent but fries weren't very hot.
