The staff is always super helpful but there’s never any Hot-N-Ready pizzas/menu items that are actually hot and ready. Maybe the place is understaffed, maybe it’s bad management. The Little Caesar’s profit margin can’t be so paper thin the Pell City isn’t able to afford cranking out menu items so that items are available for Hot-N-Ready service…

Food was good! But they’re really slow. I ordered the Italian Cheese Bread on the app 30 minutes before arriving and once I got there it wasn’t ready. The worker told me to pull into the parking lot and she would bring it out. After 30 minutes of waiting in the parking lot I decided to go in.
