No human service now it this location. staff was no help. Another customer was fed up as well. They are completely computer ordering now. We will never return to this or any other location where you can't place your order with a cashier. Might as well close up shop......
Placed a mobile order for ahead since it was late, sat in drive through and when I got to window, they asked me to go park for 3 minutes then come back through. Why they couldn’t walk the order out I’m not sure, but I ended up having to wait in line for another 8 minutes or so before I got back up to the window and food was room temp at this point.
Natalie was so helpful with our order above and beyond. Good value, clean and friendly!

The friendly staff, including notable employees like Jen and Kira, work hard to serve customers, even when they are understaffed. They handle situations with professionalism and kindness, making customers feel appreciated. The drive-thru can be slow, but the employees make up for it with their positive attitudes. Orders are fulfilled generously, with extra toppings and complimentary items like chips. The store is very clean, and the food is described as awesome, especially the burritos and Fiesta Potatoes. This Taco Bell location stands out for its excellent customer service and delicious food, making it a favorite for many.
