I only chose slow service because it was the only service option.
I am the one who came in earlier with my husband and daughter who you treated like crap because I had to ask about where one of our drinks were. Then You proceed to tell me it wasn’t your fault and then made my daughter a watery frappacino! Then you proceeded to talk about us where we could hear you! We will NEVER come back to this Starbucks. The Pell City Starbucks is phenomenal. Always friendly with me! Orders are correct. My ONLY COMPLAINT is the recently changed hours...now opening at 530am and 6am on the weekends. Really puts a kink in my mornings. Bad decision corporate!!!
I have really enjoyed coming here after my workout to catch up on computer work every morning. The staff is always in good spirits. It’s cool the staff takes time to know your name and even remembers your favorite drink. Worth the stop…check them out.
