I go through the drive-thru all the time because I work so close by. Everyone I've dealt with has been very kind and mannerly, and not once has my order ever been incorrect. I've been there a couple of times when the line was really backed up and moving slow, but that is rare enough that I assume they have something unusual going on that is creating the issue, so I don't mind being patient.
I was very disappointed in the service I received tonight. I ordered a head using the Burger King app. It took 15 minutes to receive my order because the staff was playing around and talking to each other. I had to go to the front counter and tell them that I was here for pick up for them to finally give me my food. When I arrived home, I was missing some of my order items and tried calling the location 3 times and no one answered. I am very disappointed that I spent my money...read full review
