It's not a good experience paying for a meal only to have to throw it away because of being given old food that's not edible. My fries were old, hard and cold, I'm quite sure this was no mistake. I noticed this location doesn't seem as busy with business like before. Quality of the food has declined drastically, however the cost of the food has skyrocketed.

Customer service at Chick-fil-A is great! It is always their pleasure to make sure that the customer is happy.Parking: Now there were plenty of parking, however, because they have so many customers sometime, it might be hard to find a parking spot.
Ordered through their app and just went to drive through and picked up my order in little time since they made them fresh. Their staff were awesome and friendly. We have a big family and that makes drive thrus a big deal. This chick-fil-a never fails. The order(over 9 meal deals) is never wrong and nothing is ever missing. That sounds very definitive, but honestly, not once. Great place and service.
We as a family come to chick fil a weekly several times a week lol. It’s our fave. Today was great though. While waiting in the drive thru line I noticed an employee whose personality was contagious. He was very energetic in his personality and I’m positive he could turn anyone’s bad day to a great day. I stopped him to get his name and it’s Matt Sanchez. I asked him if he was in charge of huddles daily cause if not he definitely should be. Great job on finding this guy bc he is wonderful with hospitality!
