OMGGGG these pies are addictive! the Chess and the pecan are to DIE for! go try them ASAP I promise it will become a regular stop yum 😋
My husband & I recently came in & picked up a couple pies each of all the 9 available flavors. We’re pretty new to the fried pie thing & we have definitely been missing out. I especially liked the Coconut & Chess so far. The pastry/crust was so light & flaky. Sharing 1 pie is even enough to be sweetly satisfying and these pies, in my opinion are pretty stuffed. It was so nice to talk to the owner & hear about her business & story as well. Would definitely recommend!
Picked up two of their pies at a gas station near me on a whim. One blueberry and one coconut. They were both delicious and perfectly fried. The dough was light and flavorful. Not too sweet, not oily at all, and the filling had a good mouth feel. Not grainy at all.
The blueberry pie was really good, but that coconut pie was absolutely fantastic! Totally on another level!
I’ll definitely be hitting that station up for some more of those pies this weekend.
