We were disappointed to find an additional charge for placing a take-out order inside the establishment. While ordering inside and retrieving the food ourselves would allow for more efficient service, freeing up indoor seating and reducing the need for staff to clean and wash dishes, we believe this practice should be offered at no extra cost and even at a discount.

Servers can be taught to call tickets correctly. This Waffle House is a good go-to spot for usual meal items. The two guys working were very professional and productive, with food definitely on point, like the grill chicken on Texas toast. They had a crowd and had it all under control.
