If i could I would give less. They think a scoop of chicken salad constitutes a meal. When I told them I expected a sandwich they berated me saying "some people don't want a sandwich". How is a scoop a meal?

I was a regular until today, October 11, 2024. I ordered the new bacon Cheddar chicken salad melt. Something told me to check the box. Bacon and croissant charred....burnt to a crisp and served up to me with a smile for $12.61. I politely asked for a refund because aint no way in heaven or hell im giving y'all that much money for a burnt sandwich and a bag of chips (that's the entire meal with no drink and they forgot the pickle). The girl must've known they screwed up. Maybe if they weren't so busy chatting it up in the kitchen, my sandwich wouldn't have been burnt? Then the lead on duty explained that she's been trying to figure out the machine all day. Girl, I don't care, y'all have been open for months and I gotta get back to work....hungry. So, im just gonna keep my coins and make this stuff at home. I can get multiple sandwiches for $12 at home and I will definitely not torch it.
