The food is not bad, but the customer service needs help. I ordered 3 pieces of white meat chicken and asked for two chicken breasts and one leg, biscuits, and large sweet tea to go. Once I got back to my vehicle and checked my bag, I had 2 wings and one leg. So I returned my order and was told that's what I ordered, but once I showed them my receipt, it said two breast with one wing and biscuits. The cashier seems to be made at me for returning the order to receive the correct purchase and why, after all of that, I still ended up paying for biscuits I never received with my order. I am very dissatisfied with the service at this location this trip...

Great hot food and great service. We didn't know how to get only what we wanted, so we just told them and they suggested the most cost effective way to get it. And the friendliness was phenomenal. It's a bit hard to get to, but it's worth the effort. Simply the best fast-food chicken I've had in years!

Stopped There While Passing Thru.Grab and Go, Got Down The Road, and The Chicken Was Sooooo Dried Out, It Was Impossible to Eat.Threw It Away.???

On the way home from a FL vacation we stopped here to see if Church's maintained it's old recipe and delicious chicken that seems to be missing from the modern KFC, Bojangles type choices. We tried the Texas 2 piece special with thigh and leg and we were both returned to a time that we haven't experienced in 40+ years. So good!! Moist, generous sized pieces and so tasty!! We didn't remember the honey biscuit from those early years but it sure was excellent here as well. If we lived in this area we would be regular customers. Top marks!!
