I expressed that the order I was given was old and was told there is nothing wrong with my order and that was the best that they had.
I had to wait about 15 minutes just to have my order taken. The manager watched us standing there until an employee working the drive-thru called for her to come help. Even then, she took her time. I haven't had Church's Chicken in a long time, so I decided to be patient. Thankfully, once I got my food, it was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was expecting. Church's Texas Chicken offers a delicious menu with sweet and savory tenderness in every bite, crispy crunch in the fries, and heavenly buttery honey biscuits. The young ladies running the drive thru were absolutely WONDERFUL, with remarkable customer service and food that was definitely on point. Despite staff being rude and always out of something, with orders often incorrect or missing items like sauce, tea, or biscuits, the food is good. The chicken batter is thick and not as tasty, but the crispy leg and thigh is delicious.
