I've never had a negative experience at Culver's until today. I ordered a SINGLE deluxe burger. I drove up to the window, paid and they started to hand me a DOUBLE. I told them I ordered a single. The employee asked if I would "just take the double." I told her NO and that I want what I ordered. So, she refunded the double and charged me for the single. No big deal! I've been here 3 times now. Each time they've gotten my order wrong and given us cold food.
My hamburger was cold and they did not give me my fries. I tried to call and they have the phone go to voice mail and the mailbox is full. I will not be going to this restaurant again. Evidently they don’t care or they would fix the phone where you could call them if there is a problem.
