Great staff, great food, great experience. thanks.
We were waiting on our order for over 20 minutes, there were two other customers in there complaining on the wait. Our order said no onions, but onions were on sandwich. My meatball sandwich didn’t taste like it usually tastes,it wasn’t good. I counted at least seven behind the counter, so they weren’t understaffed. I have been a fan of Firehouse for years, but this location is the absolute worst. Against my better judgement, we tried them for the third and final time. The absolutely can’t get orders right, they skimp on meat and toppings, and the customer service for complaints is abysmal! If I’m spending $30 on two sandwiches, I expect the toppings to be right and to at least have enough meat to cover the bread. Don’t waste your time or money!
