I ordered me and my kids pizza from Pizza Hut on 280 bypass in Phenix city, Al. tonight and when Thomas (the delivery boy) got here he called and said a dog was trying to attack him and I told him “that it’s a puppy, but I will put him in a kennel” and I did so then he told me I need to come up the hill because it was to dark and he can’t see... so then I turned on the light and told him I have a new born in the house (born 3/22/21) and I’m not coming up the hill but...read full review
1 hr 25 min delivery on a Wednesday night when only 1.5 miles away & estimated at 35 minutes according to the online order email. Nonchalant & non-apologetic manager denied opportunity to provide any credit on $40 order... forgot 2-liter, took another 15 minutes to redeliver.
