“My wife and I ordered a to go order for our Anniversary, when I say exceptional customer service was a great experience! Gus was our to- go attendant, he made us feel so welcome we are coming back this weekend to dine in. He was prompt, friendly, and welcoming. Our food was packaged well. If more franchises had what Longhorns have in Gus they are starting off on the right track! Best to go experience I have ever had! Thanks Gus, for your excellent customer service!“

“The lady at the register was kind. The grilled chicken sandwich is yummy. My baked potatoes cooked perfectly & fresh out of the oven. It is mostly a take out place so I can't really rate the atmosphere, The game at the counter made me smile and giggle.“

“The food was excellent; we were expecting just mediocre food, but we got some of the most delicious meals we've had at a franchised restaurant like this. The server, although courteous, took a long time to bring us the drinks, and we had to ask for bread after waiting almost 15 minutes for our drinks.“

“Had lunch today with my aunt- and everything we had was great, but the highlight was the service! Our server was Chloe, she was great! Her service was ON TIME! Her greeting, her timing, recommendations and salesmanship was definitely next level! You can imagine our surprise when we found out that this was her 3rd day out of training!!! She was amazing!“
