Had a sirloin but it was covered in white muscle cover and I couldn’t hardly cut it up, much less chew it up. Didn’t see the waitress after she brought it. Spoke with manager and he said it was a sirloin and that’s normal for them. I won’t be back and don’t suggest that you go either. Texas RoadHouse is 100 times better on everything. Baked potato was cooked great with big salt over it, too bad they didn’t put much butter on it.
Everything was perfect
I ordered the 7-Pepper Sirloin Salad from the lunch specials and chose the dressing of raspberry vinaigrette. The sirloin was cooked medium-rare, just as I requested. The pepper seasoning was fairly bold, but the sweetness of the raspberry vinaigrette balanced it nicely.
