Okay, l orderedvsome from lunch Zaxxxxx. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. I always check my food before leaving. I noticed that my lettuce was brown and the chicken was??
I asked for a new salad. The young lady replied,” I can make you a new one”. I handed her the food back for a refund only. 🙄🙄
The manager came to the window and informed me that Zaxxxxx was out of lettuce. Really???
The customer service at the location on Hwy 80 sucks. I made an online pickup order and when we arrived we were told to come through the drive thru. The drive thru had 6 cars waiting. When asked for them to bring it out was met by rudeness. The girl must have been lazy because she was irritated when she brought it out.
