Not to mention, when I walked in, the staff was so friendly and a young man helped carry the bags out to my car. “I Haven't Been In Five Guys In A While, But Today I Had A Taste For A Good Burger, So I Ended Up At Five Guys On Zelda Road In Montgomery, AL. The Atmosphere Was Awesome, It Was Very Clean And I Was Greeted With A Big Heart Felt Smile From Rhonda T. It Really Made Me Feel At Home, And She Took My Order Exactly The Way That I Wanted It. I Had The Bacon Cheese Burger Meal With No Lettuce, Tomatoes, Or Pickles, But I Did Keep My Grilled Onions With My Medium Salted Fries, And A Lemonade To Drink. The Food Was Outstanding, It Was Fresh And Hot And Delicious. I Will Definitely Be Back For More Wonderful Food And Exactly Hospitality.“

“Went this am around 9:00 and the young lady at the drive through did not yell through the intercom, she politely spoke and very friendly, got to the window and the young lady at the window was also very polite and friendly. I spoke to the manager and made her aware of the 2 young ladies because they had excellent customer service skills and needed to be commended for it. The manager was very nice as well and was shocked that someone would take the time to let her know about excellent service!! I will not put the young ladies names on here, but I did call the DM and made him aware as well. The steak with gravy biscuits were delicious as usual!! “When I came into the restaurant I was greated with a hello from Shirley. Shirley was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. She seemed to be running the front of the house along with giving directions to back of the house and drive through. The restaurant was very clean. When Shirley brought out my food she even thought of bringing extra butter for my dish. I am a manager of a local chain and the customer service here was absolutely outstanding. “We went through the drive thru today at lunch and the service was excellent! When we almost left without the avocado sauce the nice girl who was working the drive thru waved us down in front of the restaurant to be sure we had it. Nothing was missed in our order and everything was great!“

“Everytime I go, this location is solid. Fingers and toast always on point. Their fries have a funny after taste like they are cooked in sligtly burnt grease that the other restaurants don't have. Other than that, always solid.
