Great place to eat. Waitresses are great food is delicious. Love their grilled chicken and pizzas.
Like another customer stated, this use to be an awesome dining experience but not anymore. You may or may not get all of your order at the same time. Food is fair but not remarkable like it use to be. This is very sad! 😔
The food was REALLY good, especially for the price. I would say we had a long hair melted between cheese on chicken parm- I get that it happens but hairnet might not be a bad idea. Marinara is fantastic though!
We'll still be going back though!

We just moved to Pinson and have been working on remodeling our house! We needed a place to sit down and eat that was close by so we picked Papa Sal's. What a cool little place to eat and it was delicious. My girlfriend ordered the Chicken Alfredo with a sode salad and bread and I ordered what I thought was a personal size buffalo chicken pizza.
When we got our food we were shocked at the portion sizes and the food was delicious. The Pizza was great! A little doughy and not super crispy! My girlfriend loved the Alfredo and the Italian dressing on her salad was so good we bought 16oz of it to take home. Everything tasted fresh and the prices were great. We plan to have many more nights eating at Papa Sal's.

Not what it used to be... I think it must've changed ownership. Sad. We used to love this place and always enjoyed a date night here. Now it's a hit or miss if they'll even serve you, let alone get your order right... End of an era.
Real Italian food! Oh so good!!!

I had a catering order - dinner for 22.
This included lasagna, salad, and garlic bread.
It was packaged well and they helped me get it to my car. The food was delicious and the price was very reasonable.

The food is delicious. Service is good from friendly staff. Prices are amazing. In today's economy, it's nice to be able to enjoy a meal out and not have to for-go the mortgage! Sal's has been a favorite of mine since they were in Roebuck, and Sal would hand deliver my food. He is missed.

My family happened to be in the area for a ballgame down the street. We found this place online and saw it was a 4⭐. We arrived at 6:30...4 adults and 2 kids...we got our drinks quickly and all ordered by 6:45. Kids spaghetti, kids pizza, kids chicken fingers, 1 calzone, 1 baked ziti & 2 pizzas. After an 1½ we finally got our food. (And they close at 8pm) The quality was horrible...the pizza's and calzone both were a soggy mess. Vegetables in the calzone were not even cooked and extremely salty...kids chicken fingers were actually odd shaped chicken pieces and fried way to long. Spaghetti noodles was watery and sauce super sweet. The ziti was good also sweet and no was bread served. However, the kid's pizza, which was for our youngest member, was actually brought out burnt to a crisp. The entire crust was litetally black...they did remove it from our ticket...but thats beside the point. It was shameful to send food out in this manner....make another! It was only cheese and the size of a saucer. They were not very busy either, many tables available...they did appear to have several to-go orders, (which is great for business) but the house should've been a priority. We should have been advised before ordering the kitchen was seriously backed up and if so we would've definitely went elsewhere...its a school night and ½ the family was almost an hour away from home. Hate giving bad reviews, but this place is definitely not a 4⭐ based on our food and service tonight. I will say our young waitress was good, her hands appeared to be tied. She did apologize over and over. The table was dirty, greasy handprints (we wiped it down ourselves), it was hot inside and needed a good cleaning. Management..no need to respond...your waitress apologized enough. Thank you.

This is the best ribeye steak dinner in the state, and it's the lowest price in the state. Beat that. The Pizzas are Awesome and the daily specials are insanely great at any price except they're only $6.95!!!? What?!

Papa sals is the most unprofessional, and disgusting place I’ve ever been. Keith the owner and 5 other people decided to eat at Cracker Barrel and dine and dash without tipping. How could you expect people to respect your restaurant and employees if you don’t do the same.
