Absolutely the worst service. Waited 20 minutes at our table, had to flag down a waitress who happened to have the Manager tag on her uniform at that point she took our drink order and we waited another 40 minutes before walking out worst service ever it wasn’t even Service we couldn’t even get drinks will not be back

I’ll never be back again. Over the phone they told me 40 minutes, fine, I show up 50 minutes later. My food is nowhere near ready and I have to wait an extra 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. What’s the point of calling in an order if I still have to wait 30 minutes?

I absolutely love the food at Papa Sals but my god is the service terrible. It has been three times now where I’ve either ordered online or called and they give an estimated time for pickup and DONT start the meal until I’ve gotten there. I’ve had to wait over an hour and had the cashier lie to my face saying it would be ready soon, only to come out 20 minutes later and then say they just started it. I hate that the service sucks because food is great but I will unlikely come again until they can either staff appropriately or give realistic pickup time.

Doesn’t matter if the food is good when the service is as bad as it is. Read the negative reviews. They are true. Won’t be back.

Great food for a reasonable price!

Took my wife there for our date night. There were a lot of empty tables but most were dirty with food particles all over them. It took 15 minutes for someone to bring menus. Food was slow to come out. I ordered a calzone and the too was burnt. Wife's steak was undercooked. She got mixed vegetables as a side and they didn't bring them out until she was about done with her steak. The staff is slow and the food was sub-par. Needless to say, we wont be going back.
