Papa Sal's Italian Restaurant

Took my wife there for our date night. There were a lot of empty tables but most were dirty with food particles all over them. It took 15 minutes for someone to bring menus. Food was slow to come out. I ordered a calzone and the too was burnt. Wife's steak was undercooked. She got mixed vegetables as a side and they didn't bring them out until she was about done with her steak. The staff is slow and the food was sub-par. Needless to say, we wont be going back.

Called to place a togo order was told it would be 35-40mins. No problem. Showed up and walked in exactly 40mins later. 60mins later... no food.... 90 mins later.... yup nothing... 107 mins after ordering I received my order...

I would suggest to the owner before expanding the dining room you should ensure your kitchen can keep up. No need.to wait over an hour an a half for pasta.

It gets better.. I ordered chicken canolloni and it was nothing but cheese and pasta NO chicken whatsoever.

Salad greens were wilted looked days old there was barley enough salad dressing to cover half the salad.

Whike waiting on my food i witnessed one kitchen employee frequent the bathroom twice. A different kitchen employee walked through the dining room on the phone out the front door. I would avoid this place

Food takes for ever. Be prepared to wait at least an hour on a simple pizza. Staff is rude and doesn't care about customers.

Great place to go to! Also great place to order their feed 4 meals. These meals are huge and come with a lot. They are 100% worth the price and you get so much with the food being amazing. All around great experience!

Did an order online, was told it would be ready at 5:50 and it’s 6:40 and still not ready. Don’t waste your time here 0 integrity or accountability. I’m fine waiting however long but don’t lie.

This place is fantastic. We had the fried mozzarella and the buffalo chicken bites and a large buffalo chicken pizza. Everything was delicious.

Been eating here for a decade, best Italian in the area. Place doesn’t look appealing and they are slow at times, but I promise it’s worth it

The room you enter into was very hot the night we were there. They had another room to the side of the first room. It was much cooler, however there were a good bit of flies flying around. The service was great and the food was good.

Great place to eat. Waitresses are great food is delicious. Love their grilled chicken and pizzas.

Like another customer stated, this use to be an awesome dining experience but not anymore. You may or may not get all of your order at the same time. Food is fair but not remarkable like it use to be. This is very sad! 😔

The food was REALLY good, especially for the price. I would say we had a long hair melted between cheese on chicken parm- I get that it happens but hairnet might not be a bad idea. Marinara is fantastic though!

We'll still be going back though!
