Jack's has been a staple of Pleasant Grove for as long as I have lived here.. with that being said, I think its time they just close this location for good. Never get what you order, always missing items. If I could give this location zero stars... it would still be too high. I'd rather drive an extra 30 min to another location.

Just visited Jack's in pleasant Grove, Al. The young manager was outstanding. I'm 60years old and retired Navy and I've never seen a fast food manager praise their employees on the spot! I didn't get her name, but a short black young lady with a piercing in top lip. She should be in a front office somewhere, her attitude is infectious! I love the positive vibes!
