Just visited Jack's in pleasant Grove, Al. The young manager was outstanding. I'm 60years old and retired Navy and I've never seen a fast food manager praise their employees on the spot! I didn't get her name, but a short black young lady with a piercing in top lip. She should be in a front office somewhere, her attitude is infectious! I love the positive vibes!

This is for # 145. The service was very fast the lady at the window was not very friendly. All she said was my order. She did not greet me she did not say thank you she was very cold and

Food is decent, restaurant is usually clean, service has a bit to be desired. There's one young lady there that is just rude and very impatient simply taking orders. If you've been here recently you know who it is. Food is just ok really, I typically love Jack's but this location is just meh
