We popped in the Prattville Texas Roadhouse for an early dinner. It was 4:30 PM and the parking lot was pretty full for the time of day it was. After having a great meal with amazing service, I can see why.
Keri took exceptional care of us and was very helpful with suggestions and explanations. Service can make or break a meal and Keri made ours a great experience!

I went to the Prattville location tonight because my daughter got a free kids meal coupon as a reward and I received a gift card.
The food was great. The steak was perfectly cooked and the service at the beginning was great. I ordered the kids chicken tenders with applesauce. Exact words. It came time to settle up and I go to hand our server the coupon.
