I generally order a pound of pork, always fresh hamburger buns, and white sauce. Daisy always enjoys the smoked chicken. I also like their smoked turkey, as it is never dry. It makes a wonderful sandwich, especially with the white sauce.
Had to have some Local Joe's today. Best smoked turkey and pork. Sure it's a little out of the way, but it's definitely worth it. The people are always friendly. The smell of meat smoking on the grill is mouth watering. If you haven't been. You need to go. Thanks Jodie and family.
Tried this GEM out today after a search for bbq near me,GREAT CHOICE to come here there's a reason they've been here since 2009...had the pulled pork w beans and mac n cheese...pork juicy and expertly smoked great flavor..beans and mac n cheese on point as well!!! Also had smoked sausage, mayo slaw and potato salad. I could've just got a bucket of either side excellent potato salad and slaw done right....corn muffins a little dry but it definitely will not deter...
