Love this place...very juicy chicken and service is always greeat
We are an elderly couple, ordered our food to be delivered service was fine but I got coleslaw that was bad. I didn't even make it pass the smell. If I had a way I would have taken it back. Seriously Popeye do better!!!! We ordered at 1:30 pm on Sunday afternoon

The lady who took my order was such a sweetheart and should have been the manager...because the guy who was in the manager shirt. Was rude as hell! He looks like he hates his life...he definitely dont need to work with the public or be a manager

This location used to be decent. I went there today and was greeted with super rude customer service . The cashier (dude with the short braids) messed up out order and told me that I didn’t tell him that I wanted the chicken fingers blackened. I corrected him as I had to repeat myself twice when placing the in store order. He said he would bring it out to me when they were done, alas he did not. I went to the counter and was ignored for 10 min before the manager stepped up and asked me if I was waiting on something. She politely apologized and said I’m sorry honey, here I’ll throw in a free biscuit. Also they did not give me my receipt so I could scan into my rewards.
