Went through this morning and the lady was too busy on her cell phone, taking care of her personal business to help her customers. The service is horrible.

Order a 4 pc on menu says 1 breast 1 wing 1 leg one thigh instead when I got had 2 thighs and 2 legs .sounds like your employees need training or something . Won't be back

Order 2- 3 piece chicken combo. I only got 2-2 piece combo paid $27.04 on May 22, 2025 about 15 minutes ago. Rainbow City, Al at the Petro truck stop.

Friendly people work here. The foods always really fresh at 11.

On Mother's day it was busy but the atmosphere was AMAZING

Sent my GF to pick up food for us while I was at work. Upon entering the drive thru, she was immediately greeted with attitude. She asked for sauces at the menu to make the process faster for the employees. She was told to “ask at the window” with an ill attitude. After reaching the window, the skinny girl with long braids and yellow nails, didn’t ask how she was doing. She instead said “what’d you have” , again ill-mannered. While she was explaining, she was cut off and slammed the window. She then returned with the food, opened the window and slammed the food into her hands. She asked again for blackened ranch, as instructed by the person taking the orders. She scoffed and slammed the door again. Spoke to her co -workers about how “annoying” the customers were. Grabbed the ranch and again, slammed them in her hand and she almost dropped them. She asked for 2 more and then informed her that they were out.

VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. THE GIRL IN THE WINDOW SHOULD NOT SERVE CUSTOMERS AND PROBABLY LOSE HER JOB.

THIS LOCATION ONCE AGAIN DISAPPOINTS.

Drive thru takes forever but the food was hot and good

The food is good most of the time, but the service is definitely lacking. I come here twice a week for my mother and about 50% of the time they leave something out of the bag. I'm talking about whole large side items not sauces and that kind of thing. I got tired of complaining about it because it still kept happening, so I finally learned to check the bag thoroughly before I leave the drive thru line. If I am ever in a
hurry and forget to check my bag before leaving, they leave something out. Check your bags, folks!

We arrived at drive through,there were 4 cars in front of us,finally after 25 minutes we moved up to order,sat there another 20 minutes only to get no response,finally left and went to Jacks

The lady who works the drive thru is extremely rude. She accused me of not knowing what I want when she was clearly not saying back what I ordered. She rolled her eyes at me and then told me to change MY attitude. Then after pulling forward to wait even longer for my food the order was incorrect and had to go inside.

Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly

Person taking order evidently did not like my voice tone and told me to go home because she said she felt disrespected. My order was not ready when I stopped at the window and the manager put in my order. Then thought it appropriate to lecture me about how his employee felt disrespected. My first experience at Popeyes and my last. I will be sure to share my experience with family and friends.
