“One of my favorite places, however lately they have been out of seasonal salad, and Classic salad as well. The other day they were out of seasonal salad so I got a Classic salad to go. When I got to my work, I realized there were no tomatoes, cucumbers or crackers. Just lettuce and the scoop of chicken salad. Disappointed ?...next time I may just call before I go all the way there to see if they have what I want.“
“Best Ruben sandwich in Alabama, love everything about this place. We had a great evening, waiters stayed on top of making sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Chef came out and ask if we were pleased with our food. Great atmosphere, we will definitely come “
“My daughter and I have eaten breakfast here several times. The food is good, made properly. Service was fast. My favorite thing about this restaurant is the old time building atmosphere. I haven't eaten any other meals here, so I can't comment on those. I can find gluten free items on the breakfast menu, which I need. This restaurant is one of hometown kind of places, where the locals go to eat. Very welcoming!“
“Patty Melt is to die for! No frozen beef patties here! Sooo good! Two hand patties totaling an inch thick at least!!! The Stromboli is 2nd to none! Fresh ground beef, fresh mushrooms, grilled onions and brown gravy and the French bread it is on is out of this world!!! The mushroom appetizers are phenomenal!!! They’re perfectly hand breaded and they give you a huge basket full with ranch or horsey sauce. If ya don’t stop here, you’re losing out!!! Our server was fantastic as well! 10/10 ⭐️“
“The fried okra I had tasted like it had been made for a while. My daughter was late getting off work so she called and we placed her order it was ready when she got there. But the chicken fingers were over cooked. We enjoyed everything else . The waiter that we had was really good I wasn't that many people in there so it was nice to be able to sit across from my daughter and have a conversation without having to yell across each other. The Cracker barrel is my all-time favorite restaurant and this is like the first time I've ever had a bad experience at this Cracker Barrel.Parking: The earlier you get there the harder it is to find a parking place. So if you get there later there's plenty of parking spot.Kid-friendliness: IdkWheelchair accessibility: Thay do have Wheelchair entrance“
“Visited with my brother and sister-in-law in Gadsden last week and we spent a mid-day driving in the area, enjoying fall colors - we stopped at Local Joe's for lunch. I had the 'fully-loaded-nachos' w/BBQ sauce and other toppings - it was AMAZING. The service was prompt, loved the 'setting', the store, the dining area, everything about it. The cost was very reasonable for what we had. We have good places in upstate NY but we don't have this. Very much looking forward to coming back again. Thanks for a great memorable lunch.“
