Never been in and found out today that the sandwich’s are amazing. It’s not your usual sub/ sandwich place. The meat was delicious and the bacon on top was perfect

Everytime we order there the food is great and the service is also.

Food is pretty good but called at 5:28 to get a hot sandwich and they told me they turn the oven off at 5:30! They close at 6. Asked me if it was ok to take the sandwich cold, it was not ok. They should serve the entire menu while open

Ordered this ham and it was completely burnt. I tried to take it back and the workers were so rude, they tried to tell me it was “just the glaze”

today was my 2nd time placing a to-go order through the HBH website. I got my confirmation email at 12:54PM, pick-up time was 1:15PM. I get to HBH at 1:15. The girl working tells me, “we just now saw your order but we will have it ready ASAP”. I have worked at several places that do to-go orders so I totally understand, no biggie. I have no problem waiting another 5-8 mins. But a group of people come in after this and they start working on THOSE people’s food before even thinking about mine, whenever I should have already received mine and been gone. After waiting until 1:34PM, I approach the counter asking how much longer it would be because I had to get back to work. The person making the food goes “here it is, it’s done”. And I’m like ??? WHY HAVE I BEEN STANDING HERE THEN?? Anyways, my point is, don’t place to-go orders on their website. SO frustrating and inconsiderate

The Rainbow City location catered our lunch today. AMAZING does not seem strong enough to describe our experience. All food was prepared fresh this morning (I even walked in to them chopping the bacon for the salads). The staff was kind, courteous, and helped load all the food in the car. Everyone bragged on the quality of food, the amount of food, and the beautiful presentation. GREAT JOB!!!

I had never heard of this place before, but my boss got me a gift card for Christmas. Me and my wife gave it a shot, and were very pleasantly surprised. I can’t speak for the catering, but their lunch menu items are great, and the portions you get for the price are really good as well. The week me and my wife tried this place for the first time, we ended up eating there again two more times that week. Very good hole in the wall that I don’t think many people know about. I had a $50 gift card, and I believe it ended up lasting me three or four visits eating for two, definitely recommend.

Ordered 3 lbs of sliced spiral ham, only to receive thick ham loaf slices with large strips of fat throughout and end pieces to make up weight. The ham I received was dry and flavorless. When speaking with the manager, the only option offered to make it right was for me to drive over 30 minutes one way to return it. Btw, it's Christmas Eve, now what to serve my guests? If you look on the website, the image on the ham slices is spiral ham, so I see this as bait and switch. Better check your items before leaving. Image only reflects what was left and was still nasty.
