My family and I had just left shopping in Columbus Mississippi, on the way back home to Berry , Alabama, where we live. We stopped by your store and got us a bite to eat. I was well pleased with everything, good customer service. The food was even great. I will be coming back back back for more more more.
I honestly used to love jacks , but now days they have terrible service and waitresses . I was trying to figure something out on the menu and a woman comes back and says “we are on a time limit so you’re going to have to order” . I just wanna know since when did they start having a “time limit” ? Makes absolutely no sense cause why are YOU rushing ME ? Jacks in reform can’t keep employees at all, they are always rude , and always somehow mess up orders . It’s ridiculous....read full review
Had a great meal experience at Jacks in Reform this evening with 2 young grandchildren. Service and food were great. Conscientious young man took our order and made sure everything was right. I watched the staff busily fulfilling orders. I don’t see this too often these days.
