People are usually nice in customer service. My only issue is I've been in there and it be a long line and they would not wait on me until they got their online orders done which put the line all the way out the door. Very slow and to me they should never do to go online orders before customers that are waiting inside the store. They had done prob 6 online orders before they took first customer inside and we was all there before the first call in or online order was made.
