Asked for no onions. Clerk told me it didn't come with onions. I told her it did the last 2 times I got it. She said she didn't make it. I told her I realized that, but to please ask whoever is making it to not put onions on it.

Had a great meal experience at Jacks in Reform this evening with 2 young grandchildren. Service and food were great. Conscientious young man took our order and made sure everything was right. I watched the staff busily fulfilling orders. I don’t see this too often these days.
