“I had a business meeting this morning planned for breakfast at Farmhouse restaurant, but we arrived at 10am and found out they didn't open until 10:30am and never been here before
we decided to wait.
We are glad we did! Wow, for a small restaurant, they have great food, great service and very a comfortable atmosphere! Very Friendly!
I ordered the Kickin Grill Chicken sandwich with coleslaw on the side.
It was a really good sandwich with what tasted like a homemade bun and the coleslaw was well made and taste great!
The menu has some really good lunch & dinner meals and I would definitely recommend eating at Farmhouse any time!

My first job was at a coffee shop and while I was biased, I always thought we had the best coffee, especially compared Starbucks. But you guys take the cake! And you seem like amazing people. “My husband and I decided to go with pasta for our wedding dinner and stumbled across this family owned restaurant to cater for us. We are not from the area, so we saw reviews and took the chance. I am SO happy we did! He also owns ‘Classic Creations Catering,’ but wanted to leave a review here as well. We got salad, chicken Alfredo, lasagna, rolls, and sweet tea. Everyone kept commenting on how yummy the food was. The real crowd pleaser was the Alfredo, but everything was absolutely amazing! Scott was phenomenal to work with. He was very communicative, thorough, and was available if we had any questions/concerns. He checked on us and went through our order multiple times over the process just to make sure he had everything right. He even reached out after the wedding to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, which showed he really cared about our experience. Portions were plentiful, leaving us with yummy leftovers for the following day. You simply cannot beat the quality at the price point. Drop off was seamless and he was promptly on time. I only met him very briefly, but every interaction with him exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making our wedding reception everything we wanted it to be! I highly recommend working with Scott to deliver top tier service!!!”

“Matt and I stopped by The Joint Burgers & BBQ and overall had a really good experience!

We started with the fried green tomatoes, which were a great appetizer. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries, and honestly, it was yummy. A good, solid burger and exactly what I was hoping for.

Matt went with the hamburger steak and seasoned corn with Parmesan and garlic. The hamburger steak was good, but the corn was a little disappointing. It came out completely plain without any noticeable Parmesan, garlic, or seasoning.

That being said, the food definitely wasn't bad at all, and the service was AMAZING. Everyone was friendly and attentive, which made the experience that much better.

One thing you absolutely need to know before going: there is no air conditioning. You're going to feel whatever weather Mother Nature has decided to throw at Alabama that day, so dress accordingly. 😂

Overall, good food, fantastic service, and we'd definitely eat here again. The corn just needs to remember it was supposed to get dressed for dinner. 🌽”

“First time stopping in! The seafood and onion rings were freshly battered, light and crisp. The okra was the best I have had at a restaurant and the lunch portion sizes were generous and the price was very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised. We will be back to this little gem!”
