The food is good sometimes. The drive thru window is not always open for some odd reason. And when I was given a ticket number for an order to get remade. The man wouldn't remake my order. Not very professional.
We had issues with a customized order. Tried to call the store and it endlessly rang. We get there and the manager tells us they don’t have a phone? Pizza had to be remade. Chaotic each time. Workers needed on first visit. Tons of workers being trained on following visit. Pretty sure we got sick on the 2nd round :(
An honest review. Ordered 2hrs in advance. They had my order ready basically on time. I didnt check the pizzas till I got home. They were wrong. Called them. They fixed it. Quickly. The guys working in there owned it and were professional with good attitudes. Cant beat it honestly.

The Robertsdale store, in particular, has turned things around thanks to staff member Justin, who provides excellent customer service and ensures food is fresh, cut, and hot. On Sundays, one dedicated employee, Rhylen F., shines with her outstanding customer service and delicious Italian cheese bread. Customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the effort the staff puts into making sure orders are delivered quickly, even when working alone at times. While there have been some mix-ups, such as misunderstandings about CHEESY breadsticks, the overall experience has improved with better management during the afternoons. The drive-thru service is efficient, with one employee managing multiple orders and delivering them promptly to the parking lot. Many customers find the pizza very good after the wait, and they hope that the store continues to improve its service and atmosphere.
