I always get takeout and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It seems to me that the pizza from here is better than most other locations.

Awful service! Ordered food was given estimate of 40-50 minutes. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I called to check on the order and was told it was out for delivery and would be 10 minutes. Another 45 minutes later I called back and told them I still hadn’t received my order and just wanted a refund. I was told a refund could not be authorized and my food was on the way. It’s now been 2 hours and 45 minutes and still no food or no refund.

Ordered carry out the app told me it was ready 20 minutes later. So we drove 15 minutes to pick it up. The cashier immediately got an attitude with us and I tried to de escalate by saying no one’s upset. The app informed us it was ready so we were just picking up. She said idk what our cooks are doing and just kept being rude. We won’t be back. We spend 100$ a week on delivery and carry out and we will never be back. Thanks 17 year old with an attitude. You losing your business money. They will end up firing you? I’m certain I’m not the only customer you’ve been rude and short with

We ordered over 2 hours ago, have called multiple times, and still NO PIZZA. They continue trying to pass the blame off to their delivery service and have told us “they left a few minutes ago” for almost an hour now - and we don’t live that far away. If this is a franchise, it’s hurting the Pizza Hut brand and should be evaluated. We will never order from here again!!!

Ordered 4 personal pan pizzas, none of them had any sauce. Also ordered a large specialty pizza it was undercooked, greasy, and had the wrong ingredients. Extremely disappointing and a waste of $52.00. Quality of this Pizza Hut is in the gutter
DO NOT order on the app or online. Your Order will be lost or you’ll get screwed over some other way. Their customer service that is their helpline is trash. I got hung up on two times by some thug. My order was lost and it said it was out for delivery. Store said they never received an order. The time before this they would not deliver it and I had to go pick it up myself. I also paid for the delivery fee and they would not refund me.

Sorry, I can’t leave negative stars or I would. Ordered food and it said it would be delivered at 10:19pm. 50 minutes later still no food so we call and it sends you to the “Pizza Hut hotline” where someone hung up on us twice so we kept calling until someone else answered. We then had to go out of the way to this location for them to tell us they don’t have it. My card got charged but they don’t have our food. Huh funny. The food never got remade and I may or may not get my money back that’s TBD. So I would highly recommend going to dominos or something.

This pizza hut is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's horrible. My order tonight finally drove me to write this review. I ordered a pan pizza and a thin pizza with the crispy cupped pepperonis and received both pizzas absolutely covered in pepperoni and they were the normal ones. I called and had it remade just to receive the exact same thing. After calling again they then told me they were out of the crispy cupped pepperonis. At that point I was displeased but was more displeased with the fact that the four pizzas I had were just smothered in pepperonis. There were just stacks of them on the pizza.
