Service in the drive thru was great, she was super kind.. However, order was wrong. They shorted us 2 of our tacos and it was sloppy. Thrown together without a care. Mexican pizza box was crushed therefore it was just a blob in a box... So disappointed with the food.
When we arrived we were totally ignored by the personnel. And when I say totally ignored, I mean they didn't even look at us or acknowledge our presence. We finally ordered from the kiosk. When I picked up our order, I told the young man behind the counter that when a customer comes in, if they cannot personally take the order, they should suggest ordering at the kiosk.
