Excellent birria tacos!
We are traveling through the area and decided to attend a local church, do some shopping, and get some lunch. My wife chose Rancho; apparently, most of Russellville eat there after church! We can see why. The salsa was fresh and not overbearing and the chips may well be made fresh there; warm, crispy, and delicious.
