They know what they do and they knock it out of the park.The owner is very friendly and while the "atmosphere" of the restaurant is far from fancy, I will be ordering food from here every time I'm in Mobile, I can promise you that.If you're coming here to sit down and eat, don't expect anything fancy. Folding tables and canned drinks. Here, it's all about the meat, and frankly, that's all that matters when it's this good.“

“The atmosphere was nice but the food was not all that. The food at home is much better at our regular barbecue place. The peach cobbler was dry and the crust was super thick. We did not eat it. My husband had the coleslaw. He said the coleslaw was dry and the ribs were okay which is what he had. The service however, was wonderful. The two ladies that were up front were very friendly and very talkative“

“We had an excellent meal at the restaurant. We had a rack of ribs and the loaded fries with rib tips. The meal starts with bread and barbecue sauce, which while quite simple, was very good. The bread was nothing special, but the sauce was very good with a nice tang to it.
The ribs were very well done, being tender but not falling off the bone, perfect. The ribs really don't need sauce, but the sauce was a good addition as it is not your typical overly sweet sauce.
The loaded fries were a great choice that we both really enjoyed. The cheese sauce mixed with the barbecue sauce and made a delicious side. The ribs tips topped it off and were great.
It was our first trip to Mobile, and we were very glad we chose Dreamland for dinner.
The service was excellent, even asking if we wanted drinks to go as we were leaving.

And the food was rich and delicious.I spoke with the owner Mr Wingfield and he informed me that he would be retiring,this was a great disapointment to me because Saucy Q, Barbeque is a staple to the community.I pray that the Divine makes a way for the community to stay blessed with this beautiful family ,Mr and Mrs Wingfield and their two sons and their wives . And the food that God has blessed the community to experience through this family...“
