Moka's Coffee House Reviews
Love Mokas coffee house. I always stop by when i’m in town ❤️
This is my favorite place in Saraland. They have the best Caramel frappes! I stop every morning on my way to work no matter how long the line is or how late I'm running. The staff is amazing and friendly. Best customer service I've ever had. Mokas is doing EVERYTHING right!! I will never do coffee anywhere else!♥️ Keep up the good work!
I visited Moka's Monday 10/7/24 around 8:30am. The girl who took my order (inside) was an absolute doll! I wish I would've gotten her name for this review, but I'm sure her manager & coworkers will know who she is by this description- red hair, green shirt, and she was singing Christmas carols in October. Moka's Coffee House is a charming destination with spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas, lovely decor, and a prime location with ample parking. The coffee shop offers a variety of specialty drinks, including the seasonal honey lavender latte and caramel brûlée frappe, all at affordable prices. The space is warm and inviting, with friendly service and a relaxed vibe. It is thoughtfully divided into separate areas, such as one that feels perfect for coworking, making it suitable for both relaxing and working. Chill music plays in the background, creating an ideal environment to focus or unwind. The café is also kid-friendly with a fenced outdoor area and sells raw local honey. The staff is friendly and efficient, even with complex orders, and the shop makes an effort to create a comfortable environment that does not feel like a chain store. Every coffee purchased there has been spot on and reasonably priced. The parking lot is small, which might make navigating with a trailer tricky, but the drive-thru is located at the back side with one way in, so missing it requires a U-turn—no big deal since it’s not on a main street. Overall, Moka's Coffee House is a place worth returning to, especially for those seeking good coffee in a peaceful setting.
