Rude absolutely the worst service ever if they don’t want to be there then don’t go
Pulled up, NOBODY WAS IN LINE & I order a order of 6 piece ghost pepper wings I get to the window she says “it’s gonna be 20 minutes on ghost pepper wings” I said nvrm and the young guy in the background starts clapping and the young girl saying “I knew it would work” if y’all don’t wanna work dont go they getting paid to stand there and lying to customers on y’all’s time. That’s not cute.
Very rude employee that brought our food out to our car when we finally got it after waiting for it for over 20 minutes in the drive thru. We didn’t get a receipt in the bag or I would give the receipt number and all pertinent info but today’s date is 10/16/2021 and it is 3:15 pm and it was the Stanley Ave Saraland Alabama location.
