“We waited over TWO hours for our food and drinks. When we got to speak to the manager he was brash and rude!!!! I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. We did have a lovely waitress. She was treated poorly by the manager as well. If I were you, I would replace my manager!!!!“

“Dinner last night with friends was delicious. Our service was excellent from our pre drinks at the bar, then to our table with Lois! Crab claws, stuffed peppers, veal, duck, scallops, fish and steak filled our table and our bellies. We also tried four different desserts. All was a 10/10. “Wonderful food and amazing wonderful people!!! I ate here kinda late afternoon, the chicken roll ups and the rice are out of this world! So healthy and full of flavor. The food is great yes, but when I was there I was super impressed with how nice Zack was! People usually aren’t so nice, so I noticed! He went above and beyond! I went home never thought twice about a thing, the next day I realized I did not have my wallet. A Coach wallet with LOTS of cash and cards in it. I just knew it was a goner. When I tell you Krista, “the manager” and Zack, went out of their way too contact me! Because they found my wallet! They even called my bank. I am beyond impressed with how trustworthy, nice, and genuinely good these people are. Guardian Angels! And when I went too get my wallet the next day, they had the same amazing energy! I hope they know what a blessing they are, thank you guys!!!! ❤️“

“Just ate lunch today with a couple of church friends. Realized you got to order at the counter, then be seated, and they don't attend tables until after you're finished. Service is adequate upon prompting. Food is good, well prepared, and tasty.“

“I love Zaxbys, but they have changed how they process the grilled chicken. I talked to an employee she could not answer my question? Then talked to manager she could not answer questions. She didn't know the processing since they come in like that already. Their should be ingredients listed on packaging. I felt like was having heart attack. Thank God, I had my nitro pills. Biggest regret, both people talked to seemed like didn't care.“
