“I was very impressed! When I pulled up to Sonic, the line was wrapped around the building. They got the line down quickly. The person in the window was sweet and pleasant. I know firsthand, from working in the food service industry, how demanding a busy day can be. She didn't let the stress show. I told her I was surprised by 2 meals being 30 bucks and some change, but I explained that I understood the increase in pricing and whatnot. I finally asked about it and one of the managers pulled it up on her iPad and apologized and got the order ready after that. As are a lot of places in Scottsboro I think they stay short-handed.“
