Recently went out to grab a bite with my family for dinner. Upon arrival, the staff was very polite and helped us promptly. The young lady at the counter was very kind and answered any questions we had. Our food came out fast and was tasty and the dining area was very clean. I could tell that they really, take pride in making sure the customers have a great experience. Will be back again when I’m in town.

Food was Super Fresh! Shakes where great... And even brought out to us! The girl taking our order was prompt and professional! Best Zaxby's I've been in in years! Would definitely recommend a visit!

Just left and Dominique is ALL about customer service!! After a couple of questions about my order, he simply gave me what I actually wanted and in my experience it came close to what my card was charged. After spending many years in food service and F&B for the last several years Selma needs more Doniniques in the workplace. I was not After something for nothing & asked him to please adjust my card accordingly if it needed to be. Great customer service!! Keep him around...
