“The food has lost quality since opening this location, seems they know make their ranch a lot thinner then it was.. the cheese fries are delicious. There prices have considerably gone up as well as the rest of businesses. The salads use to be one of the best you could get but that's changed also. Now the staff for the most park is amazing and very polite! It appears very clean“

I made a mobile order today around 12 noon. When I pulled into Curbside #30, the mobile app told me that there was an "error" with my order. So I made another mobile order, waited for it, received it, and left. After I reached my workplace, I received email receipts.

Apparently, the original order that was considered "error" did, in fact, go through and I was charged for it. Apparently, it was placed inside in the Pickup area.

I went back to Chick-fil-A and explained everything to Ms. Buchanan and explained to her what had went wrong. She gave me the option of a refund OR the food. I opted for the food because I would just give that to my Dad.
