Chicken Restaurants near Spanish Fort

“As a youth ministry leader I always feel a tinge of guilt when we pull up to a restaurant and unload a busload of teenagers. On our way to a youth conference at the beach, we stopped here for lunch with our group. Not only that, but we walked in and saw 4 other groups headed to the same conference. In the midst of that, these employees seemed undeterred, taking our orders and serving food extremely quickly, and all with a smile! They even came by to offer refills. In and out in 45 minutes during the lunch hour with a group of 40!“

“This was my first time eating at Food Sake’s, and I was pleasantly surprised! Coming from Texas, I really appreciate independent, locally owned restaurants, and this place definitely has that feel.

One thing I really liked was that there isn’t a giant touchscreen to place your order. Instead, you get the personal touch of interacting with a real person, which is becoming harder to find these days.

The menu is simple without being limited, offering a good variety of choices. The prices are very reasonable, and the food was great.

One unique feature is the dining room cleanup. You won’t find trash cans because the staff is constantly walking through the dining area, clearing trays, food waste, and trash from the tables. It’s a small detail, but it keeps the dining room clean and makes the whole experience feel more welcoming.

Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and I’ll definitely stop by again the next time I’m in the area.“

“I always get the Fancy Nancy scoop with grape salad. It was perfect as usual! The strawberry lemonade was delicious too!!

Parking: They really need a bigger place. Traffic is always an issue. The drive thru blocks all the parking out front. Don’t park there, you will get blocked in.“

“Wow!!! I had wanted to try the new Freddy favbear meal and the woman who took my order had such a great attitude! You don't normally get that at fast food, especially at night when workers are tired! She politely let me know they were out of fanta and suggested alternative beverage options, it was just a really pleasant experience overall. Fresh food, came to my car with a smile, service like this is rare nowadays. Thank you yevonne I will be returning again!“

The chicken breading is crispy and has a perfect ratio to the actual meat now, and the fries, while still not as consistent as I'd like; seem to be way fresher than my previous visitation.“
