“I accidentally ordered my food at the wrong store and Will, the manager took incredible care of me! He gave me the food that I ordered and called the other store to correct it and I literally had to do nothing as a customer!
As someone that works in customer service, I was absolutely blown away by his attention to detail and care for me. As a customer! I received exceptional service from the team and my food was out in incredible time and fashion! Such job well done and massive kudos to the store and their team culture.“

“I always get the Fancy Nancy scoop with grape salad. It was perfect as usual! The strawberry lemonade was delicious too!!
Parking: They really need a bigger place. Traffic is always an issue. The drive thru blocks all the parking out front. Don’t park there, you will get blocked in.“

“It’s been almost 5 months since I been to the Daphne location. But let me tell you me in wife, and kids had an amazing experience this time the staff was nice the food was delicious and only waited 6 minutes at the most to get our dinner dining in. Also the manager Jarvis was awesome he came out to check on us in the rest of the guests that’s was dining in eating you really don’t see that no more in fast food. We will be returning soon hopefully to get this awesome experience we had to night August 20th 2026 thanks to this crew you guys rock!“

“Update to my previous one star review; this place has turned their food quality around for the better.
The chicken breading is crispy and has a perfect ratio to the actual meat now, and the fries, while still not as consistent as I'd like; seem to be way fresher than my previous visitation.“

“A quick and convenient walk from downtown hotels (Renaissance, Admiral, etc.). Restaurant is clean and cool (because it's quite humid and hot this time of year in Mobile 🥵🥵), and the staff friendly! Food was hot and fresh...what more could you ask for?!“

“I went through the drive through tonight, the young woman taking my order was patient and nice. The young man who im writing this review for was very sweet! He had curly hair and blue eyes i didn’t see his name. He gave me food and told me i looked amazing! (I had partially wet hair and an old sweater on) he was obviously just being nice but he definitely stood out! Staff is always amazing.“
