I was in the restaurant industry for a long time and probably would have walked out if I would have been working at Zaxby’s tonight. “I usually stop by Foosackly’s in Semmes on Fridays after a sport event, football, baseball, basketball and enjoy a salad and some tenders with my wife. Last Friday, after getting home, I found that the tenders were a little over cooked resulting in a rock hard batter which was uncomfortable to bite or chew. My wife called and spoke to Ethan the manager and he quickly offered a gift card equal to our charge so that we can get our Friday night game Foo on our next visit. After a mixup with the email, Ethan was true to his word and sent the card directly to our email. I was pleasantly surprised that the people at the drive-through window were nice and the food came out fast. I wish I lived closer to this location.“
